This Privacy Policy does not govern the privacy practices of independent law enforcement agencies, corrections agencies, academies, state certification authorities, civil service authorities, testing vendors, payment processors, or other third parties whose websites or services may be linked from Officer Test Prep.

Officer Test Prep may offer paid courses, subscriptions, examination programs, customized preparation services, or agency services.
Payment transactions may be processed through third-party payment providers. Depending on the payment method and provider, those providers may collect information such as:

Officer Test Prep may receive transaction confirmations, payment status, subscription status, and limited billing information from payment providers.
We do not intentionally store complete payment card numbers on Officer Test Prep systems unless specifically required by the payment technology being used and handled in accordance with applicable payment security requirements.

Certain Officer Test Prep services may allow candidates, agencies, or authorized customers to provide study materials, policies, procedures, reading lists, training materials, reference documents, or other content for customized preparation services.

Users should not upload classified information, criminal justice information subject to access restrictions, law-enforcement-sensitive material, controlled government information, personally identifiable information concerning unrelated individuals, or any content they are not authorized to provide.

Officer Test Prep is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Officer Test Prep does not use its educational testing platform to make final hiring, certification, licensing, disciplinary, or promotional decisions on behalf of a public safety agency unless a specific contracted service expressly provides otherwise and appropriate terms apply.

Officer Test Prep may provide customized testing, preparation, examination-development, diagnostic, or enterprise services to law enforcement agencies, corrections agencies, academies, training organizations, or other governmental and public safety customers.
Where Officer Test Prep processes information on behalf of an agency or organizational customer, additional agreements may govern:
- Candidate or employee data
- Examination results
- Agency study materials
- Confidential testing materials
- Retention requirements
- Authorized access
- Security requirements
- Ownership and permitted use of customized materials
Those agreements may supplement this Privacy Policy.
23. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in Officer Test Prep services, technology, business practices, legal requirements, or privacy standards.
